2. 取得情報

当社は、本アプリの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

1. アカウント・利用情報
   • メールアドレス、ユーザーID等
   • 学習履歴、進捗、設定情報
2. 音声データ
   • スピーキング練習時に取得される発話音声
   • 発音評価結果（スコア、判定等）
3. 端末・ログ情報
   • OS、アプリバージョン
   • 端末識別子
   • クラッシュログ、操作履歴等の利用データ
4. 決済関連情報
   • 購読状況、課金履歴等
     ※クレジットカード情報等の決済情報は、Apple Inc. が提供する App Store の決済システムを通じて処理され、当社はこれらの情報を保持しません。

3. 情報の送信および保存

本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲において、利用者の音声データ、学習履歴、利用状況等の情報は、当社または当社が適切に管理・監督する委託先事業者が運用するサーバに送信され、記録・処理される場合があります。これらの情報は、本ポリシーに定める利用目的の範囲内でのみ取り扱われます。

4. アカウント削除およびデータ保持

1. ユーザーは、本アプリ内の設定画面からいつでもアカウントの削除を行うことができます。
2. アカウント削除後、ユーザーは過去の学習データ等を復元することはできません。
3. 前項の規定に関わらず、当社は法令に基づく場合や、不正防止・システム運用のために必要な範囲で、一部の情報を保持する場合があります。

5. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的の範囲内で利用します。

• 本アプリの提供・運営および本人確認
• 発音評価、学習支援機能の提供、学習履歴の表示
• サービス品質の向上（不具合解析、機能改善、統計分析）
• お問い合わせ対応および重要なお知らせの通知
• 不正利用防止およびセキュリティ確保

6. 音声データおよびAIの利用

1. 基本方針
   本アプリにおいて取得される音声データは、スピーキング練習および発音評価機能の提供のためにのみ取得され、本人識別や広告配信、第三者サービスとの連携によるトラッキング（他社アプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ行動追跡）には利用されません。
2. サービス改善への利用
   匿名化されたデータは、サービス改善および研究開発に利用される場合があります。
3. 外部サービスの利用
   • (1) 株式会社コト (https://www.koto.co.jp/)
     音声解析機能（音声認識および発音評価）を提供するため、本アプリでは、当該機能の提供に必要な最小限のユーザー音声データのみを、本サービス内でユーザーごとに割り当てられる固有の識別番号とともに、当社の提携先である株式会社コトに送信します。
     この識別番号は本サービス内で独立して生成されるものであり、ユーザーのApple IDその他のアカウント情報とは一切関連せず、紐付けられることもありません。
     送信される音声データは、音声解析機能の提供目的のみに限定して処理され、それ以外の目的で利用されることはありません。音声データはリアルタイム処理の範囲内でのみ取り扱われ、株式会社コトにおいて保存されることはなく、また第三者へ共有されることもありません。
   • (2) Microsoft Azure AI
     本アプリでは、音声認識機能の提供に必要な最小限の音声データ（音声情報のみ）のみがMicrosoft Azure上で処理されます。これらのデータは当該目的のみに限定して取り扱われ、「顧客データ」として管理され、Microsoftによる第三者提供およびAIモデルの学習には利用されません。
4. 通信の安全性
   これらのデータの送受信は、SSL/TLS等の暗号化通信により保護されます。なお、これらのデータは、本機能の提供およびサービス改善の目的に限って利用され、第三者により再利用または二次利用されることはありません。

7. 解析ツールの利用（Google Analytics for Firebase）

本アプリでは、サービス改善のためGoogle LLCのFirebase Analyticsを利用しています。取得される情報は必要最小限に限定され、利用状況の分析、機能改善、不具合検知の目的のみに使用されます。これらのデータは広告目的やアプリ・ウェブサイトをまたいだトラッキングには利用されません。

8. ユーザーの選択（トラッキングの制御）

ユーザーは、端末設定によりトラッキングを無効にできます。

※無効化により一部機能が制限される場合があります。

9. 委託

当社は、クラウド運用、分析、障害対応等を外部事業者に委託する場合があります。
委託先に対しては、適切な安全管理を義務付け、監督を行います。

10. 第三者提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

11. 未成年の利用

未成年者は、保護者の同意を得たうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。

12. 安全管理措置

当社は、個人情報の漏えい等を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

2.  Information Collected

In providing the App, the Company may collect the following information:

1. Account and Usage Information
   • Email address and user ID
   • Learning history, progress, and user settings
2. Voice Data
   • Voice recordings collected during speaking practice
   • Pronunciation evaluation results (scores, assessments, etc.)
3. Device and Log Information
   • OS and app version
   • Device identifiers
   • Crash logs and usage data (e.g., operation history)
4. Payment Information
   • Subscription status and billing history
     Note: Payment information such as credit card details is processed through Apple Inc.’s App Store payment system. The Company does not store such information.

3. Data Transmission and Storage

To the extent necessary for providing the App’s functionality, user data such as voice recordings, learning history, and usage data may be transmitted to and processed on servers operated by the Company or by service providers under the Company’s proper management and supervision. All such data is handled strictly within the scope of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

4.  Account Deletion

1. Users may delete their account at any time through the account settings screen within the App.
2. Upon deletion of an account, the user's learning records and other associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may retain certain information to the extent required by applicable laws and regulations, or as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and system operation.

5. Purpose of Use

The Company uses collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining the App, including user authentication
• Delivering pronunciation evaluation, learning support features, and progress tracking
• Improving service quality (bug analysis, feature enhancements, statistical analysis)
• Responding to inquiries and sending important notifications
• Preventing unauthorized use and ensuring security

6. Use of Voice Data and AI

1. Basic Policy
   Voice data collected in the App is used solely for providing speaking practice and pronunciation evaluation features. It is not used for personal identification, advertising, or cross-app/web tracking by third parties.
2. Use for Service Improvement
   Anonymized data may be used for service improvement and research and development.
3. Use of External Services
   • (1) KOTO LABORATORY Co., Ltd. (https://www.koto.co.jp/)
     To provide speech analysis functionality (including speech recognition and pronunciation evaluation), only the minimum necessary user voice data is transmitted to the Company’s partner, KOTO LABORATORY Co., Ltd., together with a unique numeric identifier assigned to each user within the Service.
     This identifier is generated independently within the Service and is not related to, linked with, or derived from the user’s Apple ID or any other account information.
     All transmitted data is processed solely for the purpose of providing speech analysis functionality and is not used for any other purpose. The voice data is handled strictly within the scope of real-time processing, is not stored by KOTO LABORATORY Co., Ltd., and is not shared with any third parties.
   • (2) Microsoft Azure AI
     Only the minimum necessary voice data (audio information only) required for speech recognition is processed on Microsoft Azure. Such data is handled as “customer data,” is processed solely for this purpose, and is not used by Microsoft for third-party sharing or AI model training.
4. Security of Communication
   All data transmissions are protected by encryption protocols such as SSL/TLS.
   These data are used exclusively for providing the App’s functionality and improving the service and are not reused or repurposed by third parties.

7. Analytics Tools (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The Company uses Firebase Analytics provided by Google LLC for the purpose of improving the App. Only the minimum necessary data is collected and used solely for analyzing usage, improving features, and detecting issues. Such data is not used for advertising purposes or cross-app tracking.

8. User Choices (Tracking Control)

Users can disable tracking via their device settings.

Note: Disabling tracking may limit certain functionalities.

9. Outsourcing

The Company may outsource certain operations such as cloud services, analytics, and system maintenance to third-party providers.
The Company ensures that such providers are subject to appropriate security obligations and supervision.

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law.

11. Use by Minors

Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the App.
